At Casey Hearing, our mission is to help people of all ages transition from isolation to active participation and connection through the gift of improved hearing. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, ensuring that clients and their families have access to a wide range of services through partnerships with allied professionals. In October, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Tara Keegan from Your Body Hub, a fellow Women Making It Work (WMIW) member, to host two events centered around Ageing with Dignity. These events emphasized the importance of strengthening care and support systems for older adults. Thanks to connections fostered through networking, we brought together experts in audiology, exercise physiology, pelvic physiotherapy, yoga, sound therapy, and aged care support services. The positive feedback from attendees has been overwhelming, with many expressing gratitude for the insights shared and requesting more initiatives in this space. Thank you WMIW
Fantastic platform for women to network, strengthen their capabilities through collaborations, and individual development. Every month guest speakers on important topics and monthly coffee connect sessions for casual one on one connection building are some key things happening at WMIW. International women’s day is also celebrated in a unique style each year giving opportunities to members to showcase their product and services.
