In 2001 Naomi and Peter founded Derrick Management (DM). DM is one of Victoria’s leading drama and talent agencies. We are selective in recruiting our talent and pride ourselves in our honest and genuine selection criterion.

Interviews/Auditions:
For adults, we will hold a one on one audition. We will ask you to prepare a Film/ TV monologue and, if you’re a Musical theatre performer, 2 x contrasting Musical theatre pieces.

(Please Note we do not offer positions to everyone that audition)
